- Blepharitis(Inflammation of the eyelid)
- Cysts
- Chemotherapy
- Alopecia
- Recent Lasik eye surgery
- Eye Infection
- Pregnant or nursing
- Pink eye
- Under 16 years old
- Lashes shorter than 4mm
- Permanent makeup
- Thyroid medication
